   Using 3.5.0 in production for one website, half of the redundant index has been upgraded to 4.2-SNAPSHOT, but it’s not in active use yet.

   Moving from Lucene to SolrCloud 4.1 for another series of websites.

   We are using Solr 3.5 and 3.6 based on when we implemented/updated. We are currently planning on upgrading to 4.x latest in 6-12 months.
